NewStyleShopping.com guarantees all merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund of the purchase price.
Returns Must Meet ALL Applicable Criteria • If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned back to you. Consequently, your RMA will be nullified and any credit request will be denied and any replacement order will be cancelled. Our arrangements with our suppliers and manufacturers allow us no room to make exceptions.
Returns Must be Complete • If your return is not complete, it will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned back to you. • All returns must be in brand new condition with the original packing material and original box. • Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Basic Return Policy • Unless otherwise stated, we will accept returns within 20 days of receipt of your order. • If the product is damaged or defective upon received, we will replace the parts as required at no charge. • If you are returning a non-defective product, we will refund the product purchase price and sales tax if applicable, excluding original shipping charges, return shipping fees and any restocking fees, when applicable. Return of free shipping or discount shipping items need to exclude actual shipping cost that we pay from refund. • If you are returning a defective product, restocking fee will be charged if applicable. • Email your request to support@NewStyleShopping.com to obtain a RMA number and the instructions for return. • Follow the return instructions from the RMA Dept if the product shipped to you directly from the manufacture.
After the Return is Received • Upon receipt of the item in the original packaging, and in new, unused condition we will issue a credit to the customer's credit card account within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise, for the purchase price less all shipping and handling charges. • All returned package without RMA number and original packing list will not be accepted. No refund will be issued.
Order Cancellation • To request cancellation of your order please e-mail a request along with your order number to support@NewStyleShopping.com. We make every attempt to cancel an order upon each request. However, we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. • If a package is in transit when your request is made, cancellation of this order will not be possible. • Refusal of delivery will not prevent original shipping charges, return shipping fees or any re-stocking fees from applying to any refund allowed.
Exchange an item • Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item that you would prefer over one you have already received, we ask that you place a separate order for the new item and that you return the unwanted item. Once the returned item has been received, a credit will be issued to your account. Please see instructions above for how to return a package.
