FedEx or UPS will deliver your merchandise to your home or business and place it at the front area/front door of your office or home. Since FedEx and UPS both have weight and size restrictions, heavy and/or oversized orders are shipped via common carrier.

Common Carrier

Heavy and/or oversized orders are shipped via common carrier. With Common Carrier Delivery, the truck driver may ask for your assistance in unloading the large and/or heavy furniture from the rear of the truck. The delivery drivers travel alone and occasionally request this assistance to avoid damage to the merchandise. In addition, Common Carrier Delivery does not include delivery inside your home, apartment, or office.
